Susanne has 25 years of management experience. She has mentored and developed leaders at all levels. She has worked in multicultural and interdisciplinary environments including higher education, medical research, music and the humanities. Susanne started her musical career in ballet and piano at the Metropolitan Opera House at the age of 6, followed by attending Mannes College of Music Preparatory at the age of 8, went to the High School of Music and Art (New York City) and has a degree in musicology from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to music, she has an interest in language and minored in French. She went on to get her Masters in Library and Information Sciences.

 Susanne owned a music business before working in management full-time at UCLA. She raised two boys who are today making their living in the creative arts. Susanne feels strongly about maintaining balance. In addition to being a coach, Susanne practices good health and wellbeing. She stays fit with a routine of weight training and Pilates. She enjoys being of service to her community and volunteers as a coach to women veterans who were homeless and are currently in recovery.
